Hey Pirates! My name is Emma Ackermann, and I am a rising senior student-athlete at the University of Mount Union in Alliance, Ohio. I am majoring in psychology with minors in communications and autism studies. Over my 16 years in the sport, I’ve had the opportunity to swim for several teams, including Mount Union, Tennessee Aquatics, Prime Aquatics, Catholic Youth, Catholic High School, and Knoxville Racquet Club. Swimming has been such an important part of my life, and I’m so grateful for everything it has given me. This is my second year coaching for the Peninsula Club Pirates, and I’m so excited to have an amazing summer with all of you!

I’m Caroline Orr and I’m going to be a senior at the University of Tennessee! I’m originally from Kansas City Kansas and grew up swimming on my own summer league team! I swam competitively on the national level for ten years, lead my high school team to our first state championship, and coached summer league for the past four years! I’m super excited and can’t wait for summer!

Hey pirates! My name is Dixon Hamilton, and I am a rising senior at Webb School of Knoxville. I’ve been swimming year-round for Tennessee Aquatics since 2017 and this will be my second year coaching at Peninsula Club where I began summer league swim in 2016 as a 7 year old. I’m looking forward to a fun summer with our team and making many great memories! Go pirates!

My name is Hailey Rees, and I am so excited to be coaching this season! I’m a swimmer and an incoming junior at American University in Washington, DC, studying Public Relations and Strategic Communications. During the summer, I train with Tennessee Aquatics.
