Our warm up time tomorrow is 1:20pm so plan to arrive to the tent at least 15 min early so coaches can walk the kids inside together.

I've attached our athlete sheet but we'll have to buy heat sheets there. Please have your swimmer's name and age group written on their back as well as events & heats written on their arms. This will be very important in clerk of course and for timers & scribes to verify kids are where they need to be. 

The timelines on the gkaisa website (https://gkaisa.swimtopia.com/2025-gkaisa-city-championship-meet) are very helpful for understanding when specific events start but please note that they are estimates. I would plan to arrive well before your child's events start and please let Carter know if you do not plan to come to warmups so we aren't looking for anyone.

If you have a parking pass you can park anywhere in the garage except the top floor. 

Our tent is right outside of the Student Aquatics Center on Andy Holt Avenue where it's been in years past.

Plan to bring the following to city meet: 

-chairs 

-towels 

-lots of water 

-snacks 

-swim gear 

-sharpie
