Hi!  Swim meet RSVPs opened this morning, so please log into the website @ https://peninsulapirates.swimtopia.com/swim_meets and let Coach Laura know which meets you will be attending this summer.  I have not released the RSVP for Smoky Mountain Invitational or City Meet yet because I am making sure I have the meets set up correctly, but I will let you know when those are ready as well.  

How do I commit my swimmer and RSVP to a swim meet on the new Swimtopia site?

In order for coaching staff to enter swimmers into a meet, they need to know who is going to attend. As the parent, you need to confirm your child’s attendance to a meet.

To RSVP…

Click on the Swim Meets tab, find the meet you wish to sign up for.

Click the green MEET ENTRY box. There, you will see your swimmers listed.

Click Edit.

Using the drop down boxes, change your child from undeclared to either Attending this meet or Not attending this meet.

Please make sure to click SAVE or else your RSVP will not go through!!

***I have the volunteer spots ready to go as well,  (Remember you will need to sign up for a volunteer shift for each meet your child swims in.) but I know in the past I have given people a heads up so that they can have warning and time to get ready to sign up!  I will be opening the volunteer spots tomorrow morning, so be on the lookout.  I will be opening volunteer spots for the first two meets since they are so close together, just wanted to let you all know! Let me know if you have any problems!
