The volunteer sign-ups are open for the first two meets.  If your child is swimming in either of these meets, you need to sign up for a shift.  

How do I sign up?

-Go to the Swim Meets Tab on our website. https://peninsulapirates.swimtopia.com/swim_meets

-Click on the green Job Signup Button next to the meet you would like to sign up for.

-Click on Sign up for Jobs.

-Choose a position. If you hover over the I, it will tell you more about the position.  If you hover over the filled column in a particular row, it will show you who else is signed up for that position 

-Check the box beside the job you would like, please pay attention to the shift you are signing up for.  Events 1-35=first half, events 35-72=second half.  

-Please remember to click Save Assignments when you are finished.  If you forget to do that part your shift will not be saved and someone else can sign up for it.

Please email me if you have a question about a particular position.  Job descriptions are in the Handbook on our website.  If you are a new parent to the team the descriptions can be helpful so you know what the job entails! Please also remember to RSVP for Coach Laura so she knows if your child will be swimming.
