If you are planning to swim in this year's City Championship Meet, please RSVP so that Coach Laura can prepare a lineup! 11 & Ups swim FRIDAY, and 10 & UNDERS swim Saturday! Finals are Sunday!  Volunteer positions will be available closer to the meet, so keep you eye out for those!  Below is information regarding City Meet T-shirts and City Meet Ads for 2018!  There are some great advertising opportunities if you own a business!  Please make sure you read thoroughly.

GKAISA CITY MEET T-SHIRTS

All orders must be received by July 16!

This year's shirt will be a light blue. Cost will be $16. Parents can order shirts for themselves as well! There are a range of sizes!

CITY MEET ADS: NEW FOR 2018

Promotional Banners:

Hang your team or business banner from the railing on the concession side of the Allan Jones Aquatic Center (under the scoreboard). The cost to hang a banner will be approximately $250 for all three days, depending upon your banner size. Banner requests should be made by July 15 to Kelley Perkins at [email protected]. Anyone who pays to hang a banner will also receive a 1/8 page ad in the City Meet Heat Sheet.

Posters:

Spaces to hang posters in the concourse of the Allan Jones Aquatic Center will be available for purchase, as well. This is a low-cost opportunity to wish your swimmers well or advertise your business. Costs are as follows:

12” x 18” $10.00

18” x 24” $15.00

24” x 36” $20.00

Posters should be on posterboard or construction paper and submitted to Kelley Perkins for approval by at AJAC on Thursday, July 26.

Heat Sheet Ads, with Video Board Option:

Heat Sheet Ads are also available for purchase. This year, advertisers purchasing Heat Sheet ads may also purchase the option to have their logo on the video board at various times throughout the meet. Prices are as follows:

1/4 page $85.00 (with video option for an additional $150)

1/3 page $110.00 (with video option for an additional $120)

1/2 page $140.00 (with video option for an additional $100)

Full page $250.00 (with video option for an additional $50)

All Ads are due by July 15. Logos should be submitted to Kelley Perkins at [email protected]in .jpg format for display on the video board, as well.
