Hi Pirate Families! 

Our swim season has flown by! I hope that you and your swimmers have enjoyed this summer! As the season draws to a close, I wanted to let you all know the team will be holding its annual Peninsula Club Swim-A-Thon to raise money for our swim team on Tuesday, July 24th. 

It will be held during morning practice hours for both age groups. Swimmers can either collect pledges for a certain amount per lap completed, or collect a donation of a predetermined amount for participating. This fundraiser enables us to help fund pool equipment, like our beautiful new lane ropes and reel, and also cover the additional ongoing expenses of our swim team. It is also a lot of FUN for the kids!  

Swim team funds are used to pay assistant coaches, purchase any additional equipment or swim meet materials the team requires, AND helps to fund our End of the Year Banquet etc. 

Cash or check donations will be collected at the Swim-A-Thon by our book keeper Nancy Tisue. Please make checks payable to Peninsula Club Swim Team.

Thank you SO much for all the support and time you give our swim team.  The kids get really excited about the Swim-A-Thon because it is a chance for them to support the team as well.  If you have any questions feel free to contact me!
