Pirate Families,

1. Pirates Tent location is attached. We are labeled as PC.

2. Volunteers for Thursday are filled. THANK YOU! We still have a spot open for Head Timer on Friday. That spot needs to be filled and we are only required to fill two spots total on Friday, so please sign up for the last spot. I generally don't worry about Saturday Finals volunteer spots until we get past Friday and definitely know who advanced to finals, so we can all pause on filling the rest of Saturday until Friday afternoon/evening.

3. The events will be broadcast via radio this weekend, but they will also be updating them via Twitter, (although I will disclose that they run a bit behind on posting in past experience). That being said, I would download twitter on your phone and follow GKAISA City Meet 2021, and the events will be posted there as we progress through the meet as well.

4. Remaining pre purchased parking passes will need to be picked up at practice tomorrow, Coach Emma will have them as I won't be there tomorrow. Please remember to pick them up as things will be hectic on Thursday and there will not be time to hand them out.
